We accept payments through authorized online payment gateways only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported.

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Refunds are credited to the MySoulVibes Wallet and not to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Products must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
