MySoulVibes Return and Refund Policy

At MySoulVibes, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Return and Refund Policy outlined below:

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Customers can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Condition: Items must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the brand tag is broken or missing.

  • Process:

    • If a reverse pickup facility is available at your location, we will arrange for the product to be picked up.
    • If reverse pickup is not available, customers are required to self-ship the product to our designated address.

  • Charges:

    • For exchanges due to size issues or other reasons not attributable to product defects, a reverse pickup charge of ₹75 will be applicable.
    • Alternatively, customers can choose to self-ship the product to avoid this charge.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Products purchased under discounts exceeding 30%, gifts, and items bought during promotional offers like "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Mode of Refund: We do not offer direct refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods. Instead, the refund amount will be credited to the customer's MySoulVibes Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.

  • Amount:

    • In the case of returns, the product cost minus shipping charges will be credited to the wallet.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Processing Time: Refunds to the MySoulVibes Wallet will be processed instantly once the returned product passes our quality check.

  • Quality Check: The returned product must pass our quality inspection. If the product fails the quality check (e.g., signs of use, damage, or missing tags), the refund will not be processed, and the product will be returned to the customer.

Important Notes

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported. All purchases must be prepaid through the available online payment options.

  • Please ensure to retain the original packaging and tags until you are certain about keeping the product.
