Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@mysoulvibes.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9902500948 with your order details.
- If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your MySoulVibes Wallet.

- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- You may still initiate a return after delivery as per our Return and Refund Policy.
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-cancellable once the order is confirmed.
- Orders placed during special promotions, sales, or with heavy discounts may not be eligible for cancellation.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited to your MySoulVibes Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
