  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
    • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
    • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary based on unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or other logistics issues.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹449.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal shipping fee will be applied to orders below ₹449, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided through our courier partner’s website.

Serviceability

  • We currently ship orders across India.

At MySoulVibes, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s everything you need to know about cancelling an order:

Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
    • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@mysoulvibes.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9902500948 with your order details.
    • If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your MySoulVibes Wallet.

  • After Dispatch:

    • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
    • You may still initiate a return after delivery as per our Return and Refund Policy.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-cancellable once the order is confirmed.
  • Orders placed during special promotions, sales, or with heavy discounts may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited to your MySoulVibes Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
